This all-passive optical demultiplexer is a combination of CM/CD-8X plus CM/CD-8E modules utilizing an optical add/drop expansion port for connecting the additional demultiplexer unit. Each unit either combines or separates 16 wavelengths respectively to provide optical de-multiplexing over a one singlemode fiber. These units are compatible with Meridian’s other CWDM digital products.
