eyevis' presentation at infoComm in Orlando was again a great success for the company. Especially the first presentation oft he newly developed omniSHAPES attracted numerous visitors to come to our stand who wanted to see this novelty in operation. These new small display cubes represent a step forward in digital display evolution. For the first time it is possible to have not only rectangular displays, but also polygonal screens of almost any shape. The funnel shaped design of the housings further allows realising curved screens in concave or convex configuration. There are virtually no more limits regarding video wall design or shape.
Besides the omniSHAPES, eyevis showcased further displays technologies for control rooms and information. With the EYE-LCD-6000-QHD, eyevis presented the latest high resolution LCD screen from the EYE-LCD series. The display provides quad full HD resolution (3,840 x 2,160px) on a 60" screen with direct LED backlight. From our range of seamless LCD we presented a video wall composed of four units EYE-LCD-5500-USN-LHD with a gap of only 5.7 mm between the screens. The displays provide full HD resolution on a 55" screen with direct LED backlight.
As an alternative display technology we presented a small video wall comprising two LED-lit rear projection cubes from our EC Cube Series, which is famous for being the most comprehensive range of DLP cubes in the market. The cubes are especially designed for 24/7 operation in control rooms where they provide perfectly reliable images in best quality.
With the eyevis eStreamer we presented our proprietary developed streaming solution for the high quality transmission of video signals over standard IP networks or dedicated real-time networks.
